How to use the Helpdesk

1. To submit a ticket, you can either simply send an email to helpdesk@sd87.bc.ca from your district email. Or use the helpdesk website like below(recommended).
2. To use the helpdesk website, you will need to sign in from here: https://helpdesk.sd87.bc.ca/login.php
Click "Sign in with District Account", and on the next page:
From the "Tickets" item on the ribbon, you will be able to see all the tickets you submitted, including closed and open, and all the conversations.
